Fall is my favorite time of year! There is something about the cooler air, changing leaves, apple picking, and fall decorations that gives me energy and a new perspective on everything. It also seems to be the time of year that people are a little more motivated and have the energy to focus on their wellness goals.

I prefer to do this challenge starting Oct 1 through the 15th but can be done during any 15 day period.
