Tracking your calories can be eye opening! There are ton of apps and programs out there to track online or using your phone. However some of us like to go “old school” and track on paper. This form is especially helpful to give to personal training clients weekly. Have clients add their physical activity on the bottom as well as their emotional state for that day making it easier to see the correlation between emotional health and eating habits.
