Ultimately this little baby girl I am growing is the absolute must important thing right now but I wouldn’t be truthful if I didn’t say that it is hard for me to gain weight and to have aches and pains that I know I could alleviate if I could just do some prenatal yoga, squats, lunges, something! Trust me, from having had our struggles conceiving, multiple miscarriages, placenta abruption, and preterm labor with our first daughter I know how lucky I am to be growing this life. But I know I am not alone out there and other women are going through struggles and body image issues during their pregnancy and after the birth of their child (whether its 2+ weeks postpartum or 2+ years!)
This is why I am taking these feelings and body image issues and fueling them with determination to work as hard as I can after baby is born and I am hoping others join me! I am already pre-planning workouts and meal plans post baby. I will be posting meal plans and workout. If I am planning to lose others may as well benefit with me! Stayed tuned! Baby Ivy is due August 29, the work will start after that! If you want to make sure you don’t miss this info send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will add you to a email list. Otherwise keep your eyes open for future posts. Anyone can join!
For my current prego mamas out there on bed rest or activity restrictions continue to focus on the bigger picture and know that we will start moving again after baby. Better yet……lets commit to being in the best shape EVER!
